Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method which improves the productivity of a zinc oxide sintered mine and includes a drying heating step, using a drying heating rotary kiln (DRK), of reducing the carry-over of an input object in a drying heating apparatus, e.g. a drying heating rotary kiln (DRK).SOLUTION: A method of producing a zinc oxide sintered mine includes a drying heating step of charging a raw material including a wet cake which contains zinc oxide and has a moisture percentage of 10-40% after a wet treatment so as to dry with heating. In charging the raw material, mutual adhesion of zinc oxide particles constituting the raw material is improved by carrying the raw material while applying a shear force to the raw material and kneading, and the raw material is charged in a state where moisture is transferred from the surface of the particles to the surface layer part of the aggregate of the raw material.
