Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for manufacturing a battery electrode, capable of conveying a foil-like and band-shaped electrode material to a cutting position without giving a rub with other members.SOLUTION: The device for manufacturing a battery electrode includes: a front end die 3 cutting a foil-like and band-shaped electrode material 100 into an electrode shape; a hand 2 air-conveying the electrode material 100 to a position of cutting by the front end die 3; and a first suction conveyer 5 and a second suction conveyer 6 carrying out the cut electrode. The hand 2 includes a first grasping means and a second grasping means for grasping the electrode material 100, the first grasping means comprising grasping portions 23 and 24, and the second grasping means comprising grasping portions 25 and 26. The first suction conveyer 5 is arranged between a pair of grasping means comprising the first grasping means and the second grasping means.
