Abstract:
The motor (10) has a rotor (36), which is composed of laminated steel sheets that are formed with slots (36a). A copper wire extending in a direction of lamination, is arranged in the slots. A conductor i.e. aluminum, which fills a gap in the slot, is introduced into the slot by an injection molding machine. The copper wire is eccentrically arranged at a position in the slot that is closer to an inner diameter of the rotor. A portion of the copper wire, which is received in the slot, is provided with an insulating coating.
