Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet manufacturing apparatus having a discharge section small in size.SOLUTION: A sheet manufacturing apparatus 100 includes: a supply section supplying waste paper of loaded cut sheets; a fibrillation section fibrillating the waste paper supplied from the supply section in the air; a classification section classifying and removing fibrillation matters fibrillated by the fibrillation section by air flow; a mix section mixing the fibrillation matters not being removed by the classification section with an additive in the air; a formation section forming a sheet of the cut sheets using a mixture mixed by the mix section; and a discharge section receiving and loading the sheet. Weight of matters per one sheet of the waste paper removed by the classification section is greater than weight of the additive mixed. Maximum loadable weight of the discharge section is less than maximum loadable weight of the supply section.
