Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable reionization of precipitation reaction involving material.SOLUTION: When it is determined in a determination part 181 (S2) that a voltage (Vi) detected by a voltage measurement module 161 of a voltage sensor 160 is higher than a predetermined voltage value (Vo) (Vi>Vo) ("YES"), a power storage device 100 achieves a charge amount (ΔAhi(T)) charged per unit time on the basis of a current value detected by a current sensor 170 for a power storage element 121 (i) for which a high voltage is detected. It is determined whether the achieved charge amount (ΔAhi(T)) per unit time is higher than a predetermined threshold value (ΔAho/ΔT) {(ΔAhi/ΔT)>(ΔAho/ΔT)} (S3). When it is determined that the achieved charge amount is higher than the predetermined threshold value {(ΔAhi/ΔT)>(ΔAho/ΔT)}, discharge processing of discharging the power storage element 121(i) for which the high voltage is detected is performed (S5).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
