Abstract:
A stator manufacturing method in which a coil is fitted in a core (2) includes: a unit assembly formation step of forming a unit assembly (5) by fitting a plurality of coil units (4) together; and an insertion step of inserting the coil side portions (42) of the coil units (4) into associated slots (23). A combination of the core (2) and the coil is used which satisfies the relational expression "2À·(Ri - B·L) > A·(the number of slots)."
