Abstract:
The subject of the present invention is to provide an adherend with surface protection film, which is formed by laminating the adhesive layer of the surface protection film to the surface of the adherend having a larger surface step difference. When the surface protection film is temporarily peeled off from the adherend and again laminated to the adherend, even in the situation of greater step difference for the surface of adherend, the surface wettability is still outstanding and the step followability is also excellent, thereby achieving sufficiently high seal ratio. The adherend with surface protection film of this invention is formed by laminating the adhesive layer of the surface protection film to the surface of the adherend whose center line average roughness Ra is 0.2 [mu]m~2[mu] m, and the adhesive layer comprises urethane series adhesive containing polyurethane series resin as the main component. The seal ratio of the adhesive layer in self-lamination is more than 80% relative to the surface of the adherend.
