Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and easily exchange a metal mold by using a bending robot by simplifying a metal mold accommodation device as a whole, and saving an installation space by accommodating a punch together with a die, by shortening a metal mold exchange time, and by accommodating not only the metal mold which is composed of the punch and the die but also a hand for the robot in a lump.SOLUTION: In a metal mold accommodation device 2 for handling a metal mold mounting stocker which is mounted with a punch P and a die D of a press brake 1 in a single stocker in a back-to-back manner, both sides of the stockers S1 to S8 are supported by endless belts 8, 9 whose drive axes are uniaxial, the endless belts 8, 9 are made to circulate so that the supported stockers S1 to S8 are not protruded to a worker S side, and positions of pass lines PL of the stockers S1 to S8 are freely positioned at positions of pass lines PL of metal mold holders 30, 31 at the press brake 1 side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
