Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fucoxanthinol derivative having fewer side effects and excellent lipolytic action, and to provide a production method thereof.SOLUTION: A fucoxanthinol derivative having lipolytic action consists of fucoxanthinol, catechin, resveratrol, adenine, and gluconic acid. The production method comprises a step of adding lactic acid bacteria to red alga, green algae, brown alga, catechin, and resveratrol, and fermenting it. The obtained fucoxanthinol derivative accelerates lipolysis and inhibits the increase of lipid, so it is effective on metabolic syndrome and visceral fat. The fucoxanthinol derivative having lipolytic action is applicable as food materials, cosmetics, and obesity agents.SELECTED DRAWING: None
