PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device that prevents color mixture between pixels by preventing light leakage to adjacent pixels, thereby enhancing the image quality.SOLUTION: A display device has a first board having a light emission element, a second board having plural color filters, and a filling layer which is provided between the first board and the second board, contains quantum dots and contains areas different in transmissivity. The quantum dots are dispersed in the filling layer, and the areas different in transmissivity in the filling layer are areas where the filling layer is denatured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
