Abstract:
It is an objective of the present invention to provide a web manufacturing method which stably conveys webs even when knurling is performed via double pressing, and can thus produce webs of good quality, and a web manufactured thereby. To this end, the present invention is characterized in that: a web having a thickness of 45 m or less is supported on the front side and backside by a first roll (31) and a second roll (32) having multiple protrusions thereon; a process for knurling both ends of the web in the width direction is included; and when the web is supported by the first roll (31) and the second roll (32), the protrusions of the first roll (31) and the protrusions of the second roll (32) are coupled with each other at an angle of 1 to 89, inclusively.
