Title:
磁歪式センサ
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP6413028
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
A magnetostrictive sensor capable of obtaining both enhanced productivity and reduced variations in outputs can be obtained. A torque sensor 10 includes a substrate 12 and a plating film 14 disposed on the outer peripheral surface of the substrate 12. The substrate 12 includes a plating portion 24, masking portions 20 and 28, and tilt portions 22 and 26. An outer peripheral surface 24a of the plating portion 24 is a surface parallel to a shaft center of the substrate 12 in a cross-section including the shaft center and extending in the axial direction of the substrate 12. Outer peripheral surfaces 22a and 26a of the tilt portions 22 and 26 are slopes tilted relative to the shaft center in the cross-section. The plating film 14 is formed on a plating surface 24a and slopes 22a and 26a in such a manner that end portions 14a and 14b in the axial direction are located on the slopes 22a and 26a. The plating film 14 on the slopes 22a and 26a has a thickness smaller than the thickness of the plating film 14 on the plating surface 24a.
