PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple, efficient and direct claims syntax analysis configuration method in a memory space and an access time.SOLUTION: The present invention is a claims syntax analysis configuration method that automatically reads in claims and automatically perform the following steps of: distinguishing independent claims and dependent claims; separating ranges of claims; taking out preambles; analyzing configuration of the independent claims; and analyzing configuration of the dependent claims.
