Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery panel that can introduce light into a building and suppress excessive reduction of the power generation amount.SOLUTION: A solar battery panel has a light incident side board 2 and a back surface side transparent sealing board 3, and a solar battery laminate 15 is provided between both the boards 2 and 3. The solar battery laminate 15 has a transparent electrode layer 5, a photoelectric conversion layer 6 and a back surface electrode layer 7. Cell parting grooves 22 from which the back surface electrode layer 7 and the photoelectric conversion layer 6 are removed are provided. The solar battery laminate 15 is parted into plural single cells 25 by transparent electrode parting grooves 20 and the cell parting grooves 22, and the plural single cells 25 are electrically connected to one another in series by a back surface electrode 7 intruding into intercommunication grooves 21. The groove width Wa of the cell parting grooves 22 is remarkably larger than prior arts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
