Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate for a battery exterior package at low cost, in which the decrease in the lamination strength between an aluminum foil and a multilayered sealant film, owing to the degradation of an electrolyte solution of a lithium ion battery, or the occurrence of delamination thereof is reduced, and which enables the manufacturing of an outer container at a high yield.SOLUTION: A laminate for a battery exterior package comprises a base material layer 11, an aluminum foil 12, and a multilayered sealant film 17 arranged by laminating a heat-adhesive resin layer 16 heat-adhering to metal and a polyolefin resin layer 13, which are laminated in turn. A corrosion-resistant coating layer 14 is formed on at least of a face of the aluminum foil 12 on the side where the aluminum foil 12 is put together with the multilayered sealant film 17. On the corrosion-resistant coating layer 14, the multilayered sealant film 17 is bonded through the heat-adhesive resin layer 16 heat-adhering to metal. The bonding strength between the aluminum foil 12 and the multilayered sealant film 17 is 10 N/inch or more, which is measured by a peeling measurement method A defined by JIS C6471.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
