Abstract:
A vehicle lighting system (1) comprising a left lamp (LL) and a right lamp (RR) for mounting in a vehicle (2) is disclosed. A first image forming device (10L) is provided in a housing (410) of the left lamp (LL). A second image forming device (10R) is provided in a housing of the right lamp (RL). The first image forming device (10L) and the second image forming device (10R) have different illumination directions up and down. One of the first image forming device (10L) and the second image forming device (10R) illuminates an Adaptive Driving Beam, ADB, light distribution pattern or illuminates pedestrians, and the other displays a figure on the road surface.
