Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide highly reliable molding material discharge head having a simple structure and also having a structure, even in a molding material having a high melting point close to 500°C, capable of instantaneously increasing its temperature, and further free from the generation of the peeling or the like of a joint, and a molding method.SOLUTION: Provided is a molding material discharge head comprising: a flow passage structural body where a through hole having a fine hole as a discharge port at the tip parts formed in a metal block or, in a planar body in which a metal block is made wide, a plurality of through holes are formed in a direction vertical to the thickness direction of the planar body, and the through hole(s) is used as the flow passage for a molding material; and a heating plate adhesively provided at least at a part of the outer wall face of the flow passage structural block of the metal block, and each side wall of the flow passage in the flow passage structural body to be provided with the heating plate is formed so as to be thinner than the thickness of the part not provided with the heating plate of the flow passage structural body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
