PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe shape management system, its method, and a computer readable recording medium.SOLUTION: A pipe shape management method relating to the pipe shape management system, the method and the computer readable recording medium includes the steps of: acquiring a three-dimensional CAD model including a plurality of pieces of pipe design information; acquiring three-dimensional position information of a pipe group through first laser scanning to the pipe group that completes construction; determining whether or not the three-dimensional CAD model coincides with a first laser scanning result by comparing each other; performing stress analysis to information that does not coincide with the three-dimensional CAD model in the three-dimensional position information acquired through the first laser scanning; and determining whether or not reconstruction of the pipe group is performed in accordance with a stress analysis result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
