Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation structure of a rolling compaction machine in which even if instruments are disposed on an upper part of a supercharger of an engine, heat damage to the instruments due to the supercharger can effectively be prevented.SOLUTION: A filter 36 and hydraulic hoses 37, 38 are disposed right above a turbocharger 34 of an engine 22 being a power source of an HST, and an outside air is introduced in an engine room 21 by a cooling fan 33 of the engine 22. First and second cover members 45, 46 are disposed between the turbocharger 34, and the filter 36 and hydraulic hoses 37, 38 so as to conform the blowing direction of the cooling fan 33, and a ventilation passage 48 is formed between both cover members 45, 46, and thereby it is functionalized as a heat insulating cover 44 of a dual structure. The outside air introduced by the cooling fan 33 is circulated in the ventilation passage 48 of the heat shield cover 44 and the entire heat insulating cover 44 is cooled, and thereby a radiant heat and hot air from the turbocharger 34 is insulated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
