PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of obtaining appropriate subject image of a moving subject.SOLUTION: A photographing apparatus 120-1 controls timing relative to first photography performed at an imaging part 121 in a state where a subject H is irradiated with first illumination light 141 and timing relative to second photography performed at the imaging part 121 in a state where the subject H is irradiated with second illumination light 142, detects motion information on a motion of the subject H among a plurality of first images acquired by performing the first photography several times at the imaging part 121, performs first processing to the plurality of second images acquired by performing the second photography several times at the imaging part 121, and performs second processing to the plurality of second images to which the first processing is applied to generate one output image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
