PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical scanner capable of alleviating stress applied to a mirror part and reducing damage and material fatigue.SOLUTION: In an optical scanner, a mirror part 40 to 43 having a mirror reflection surface 10 is supported from both sides by a torsion bar 50, the torsion bar 50 is made to oscillate as an axis X, and light reflected at the mirror reflection surface 10 is made to scan. The mirror part 40 to 43 has a stress alleviation area 20, 22 to 24 for alleviating stress generated by torsion movement of the torsion bar 50, between points at which a vertical axis Y passing through a center of the mirror reflection surface 10 and being perpendicular to the axis X intersects end parts of the mirror reflection surface 10, and the torsion bar 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
