Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow channel switch valve capable of suppressing pressure loss and abrasion of a sliding part, improving sealability, minimizing valve leakage, reducing the entire physical constitution including an actuator and piping, and an occupied space, and surely and promptly switching a flow channel.SOLUTION: A flow channel switch valve includes: a main valve 5 having a cylindrical main valve housing 10 of which a top face opening and a lower face opening are air-tightly sealed by an upper valve seat 10A and a lower valve seat 10B, and a main valve element 20 rotatably disposed; and a fluid pressure-type actuator 7 provided with a main portion 50 including an operation chamber 55 and a vane rotating driving body 60 between the upper valve seat 10A and the lower valve seat 10B to rotate the main valve element 20. At least three ports 11-14 are disposed, the main valve element 20 is provided with a plurality of communication passages 31-34 for selectively communicating between the ports, and the communicated ports are switched by rotating the vane rotating driving body 60 in the operation chamber 55 by utilizing differential pressure in the main valve 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
