Abstract:
A hub (100, 200, 300, 400, 500) is electrically connected with an electronic device (10), an AC source (20), and at least one portable device (30) which are located in the outside environment. The electronic device (10) includes a USB port (10a). The hub (100, 200, 300, 400, 500) includes a first connector (111), a second connector (113), a third connector (115), a controller (117), and a power module (119, 219, 319, 319'). The first connector (111) is electrically connected with the USB port (10a) of the electronic device (10). The first connector (111) includes a first data transmission line (1111) and a first power line (1112). The third connector (115) is electrically connected with the AC source (20). The controller (117) is electrically connected between the first data transmission line (1111) and a second data transmission line (1131). The controller (117) and the portable device (30) transmit data to each other. The controller (117) sends a signal to the portable device (30), enabling the portable device (30) to start a quick charge mode. The power module (119, 219, 319, 319') is electrically connected with the first connector (111), the second connector (113), and the third connector (115). The power module (119, 219, 319, 319') supplies power outputted from the AC source (20) or the electronic device (10) to the portable device (30).
