Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module in which a plurality of solar cells is bonded by interconnector, the change in shape of an alloy layer between a bonded electrode of the solar cell and a solder layer of the interconnector is suppressed, and the life is long.SOLUTION: A solar cell module 11 includes: a plurality of solar cells 1 having a bonded electrode 18; and an interconnector 4 that is formed by covering a metal conductor 19 with a plurality of solder layers 20, 21 and is electrically bonded to the bonded electrode 18. The plurality of solder layers includes a surface layer solder layer 21 covering a surface layer side, and an inner layer solder layer 20 covering an inner layer side. The fatigue life of the surface layer solder, which is the material of the surface layer solder layer 21, and the fatigue life of the inner layer solder, which is the material of the inner layer solder layer 20, exhibit the opposite tendency with respect to the speed of repeating the stress.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
