Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a high-pressure tank which shortens a time of a manufacturing process, and can reduce a cost.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a high-pressure tank 1 comprises: a preparation step for preparing a prepreg 3 which is braided into a cylindrical shape, and has an opening part 3a in which one end side of the cylinder in an axial direction is closed, and the other end side in the axial direction is opened; a blow-molding step for arranging a parison 2 in the prepreg 3 after arranging the prepreg 3 at a metal mold 90, and forming a liner 20 by blow-molding; and a pressure-insertion step for pressure-inserting a mouthpiece 40 into the opening part 3a of the prepreg 3. The blow-molding step cools the opening part 3a of the prepreg 3, and blow-molds the liner 20 so that an outside diameter dimension d of the liner which is blow-molded becomes larger than an inside diameter dimension a of the prepared prepreg 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
