Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor for measuring flow rate with a high durability and easy-to-maintain.SOLUTION: The sensor which is disposed in a space connected to a flow channel through which a fluid flows includes: a waveguide 12; a sound input part 13 that inputs a sound in the waveguide 12; a frequency analysis section 22 that calculates a space volume and a spectrum strength of a Helmholtz resonant frequency which is determined on the basis of the shape and dimensions of the waveguide 12 on the basis of the frequency spectrum of the sound input by the sound input part 13; and a calculation section 23 that calculates the flow rate of the fluid flowing through the flow channel based on the spectrum strength calculated by the frequency analysis section 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
