Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a permanent magnet motor in which a permanent magnet, disposed in the rotor core, can be fixed and supported reliably without being applied with a local force by an end plate.SOLUTION: In a permanent magnet motor 40 where a columnar rotor core 10 and a rotating shaft 13, provided in the center of the rotor core 10, are placed in the stator core 30, permanent magnets 11a-11f are embedded in the holes formed in the rotor core 10 along the rotating shaft 13, and the permanent magnets 11a-11f are held by placing end plates 20 at the opposite ends of the rotor core 10, protrusions 24a-24f extending in the radial direction are formed in the end plates 20. The protrusions 24a-24f include magnet holding parts 25a-25f for holding the permanent magnets on the tip side thereof, and include supports 26a-26f for supporting the magnet holding parts 25a-25f on the root side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
