Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to conduct an autonomous automatic drive without hindrance even when a drive operation is switched from a manual drive mode to an automatic drive mode.SOLUTION: An automatic drive vehicle comprises: a manual drive mode that implements travelling based on a drive operation by drivers; and an automatic drive mode that implements autonomous travelling. In the automatic drive mode, the automatic drive vehicle comprises: navigation means that is equipped with a processing function of supporting the autonomous travelling to a destination; and boot means that, when the drive operation is switched from the manual drive mode to the automatic drive mode, boots the navigation means. The booted navigation means is configured to: prompt the driver or a boarding passenger to set the destination; receive a setting input of the destination; create information for supporting the autonomous travelling to the received destination; and execute the support of the autonomous travelling.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
