PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cash processor and a cash processing system capable of easily specifying the factor of abnormality about the storage state of a gold bar.SOLUTION: A cash processor and a cash processing system include: an operator information acquisition part for acquiring operator information; a gold bar information acquisition part for acquiring gold bar information indicating the presence/absence of a gold bar stored in a storage part; and a control part for, when the gold bar information acquired by the gold bar information acquisition part changes, recording the operator information and the gold bar information in association.
