Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable electric energy, input into a motor, to be efficiently converted to rotational energy of a rotary member and stored, without causing complication and upsizing of a structure, in a power storage device comprising the motor and the rotary member.SOLUTION: In a power storage device (10) comprising a rotary member (1) and a motor (30), electric energy input into the motor (30) is converted to rotational energy of the rotary member (1) and stored. On the premise of the power storage device (10), the rotary member (1) is at least partially formed of ceramic, carbon fiber or fiber-reinforced plastic, and suspended from a motor shaft (31) of the motor (30).
