Abstract:
To obtain a document management system capable of improving retrieval efficiency.SOLUTION: A level determination unit 3 generates level data 103 corresponding to an element related to retrieval. When a retrieval keyword and a retrieval condition are given, a level acquisition unit 4 identifies an element related to retrieval corresponding to the retrieval keyword and the retrieval condition and acquires a level thereof from the level data 103. A retrieval procedure identification unit 5 identifies a retrieval procedure corresponding to the level using a retrieval procedure table 104 indicating a relationship between the level and the retrieval procedure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
