Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting system which, while maintaining the optical output of mixed light at a predetermined color temperature, can reduce the optical output of mixed light by dimming control.SOLUTION: A lighting system includes a light source unit 2 and a control circuit 112. The light source unit 2 includes a first light source 2a, a second light source 2b, and a third light source. The first light source 2a has a predetermined color temperature. The second light source 2b has a color temperature different from that of the first light source 2a. The third light source has a color temperature different from those of the first light source 2a and the second light source 2b. The control circuit 112 controls respective of optical outputs of the first light source 2a, the second light source 2b, and the third light source to control the optical outputs of the light source unit at predetermined color temperatures. In a case where the optical output of the light source unit is reduced under a state where the optical outputs of the light source unit is maintained at a predetermined color temperature, the minimum optical output of the light source unit 2 is defined as its optical output where any one of the first light source 2a, the second light source 2b, or the third light source has their minimum optical outputs.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15
