Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a shutter time lag by the switching of a frame rate, while suppressing power consumption.SOLUTION: A camera system control part 101 drive-controls an imaging element 102, to selectively switch the frame rate to a first frame rate and a second frame rate whose speed is higher than that of the first frame rate. The camera system control part switches the frame rate from the first frame rate to the second frame rate, when performing AF processing according to an image and performs photometry according to the image obtained in the second frame rate, to execute photography, when a photographing instruction is issued after a focusing state is obtained by the AF processing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
