Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging instrument that can facilitate zoom fine adjustments.SOLUTION: An imaging instrument comprises: an imaging unit that is composed of an imaging optical system 26 causing a subject image to be formed, and an image pick-up element 13 receiving the subject image to photoelectrically convert the received subject image and outputting an image signal; a touch panel 18b that receives n operation signal by a touch operation or slide operation to set two imaging ranges expressing a zoom range for zoom fine adjustments, and makes the zoom fine adjustment within the set two imaging ranges; a display unit 18 that displays the image signal output from the imaging unit and the two imaging ranges expressing the zoom range so as to be visually recognizable; and a signal processing control unit 11 that executes a zoom fine tuning mode finely tuning a zoom setting by performing zoom control in detail within the zoom range displayed on the display unit so as to be visually recognizable.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
