Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component inventory control method, a component inventory control system and a component inventory control program capable of controlling components having date of expiry to be used up by the date of expiry.SOLUTION: The component inventory control system causes a computer to execute a component inventory control program of a series of processing with respect to components which have date of expiry, including: collecting the number of inventory of components on each date of expiry in each of the plural plants and the number of scheduled use of the components on each date; allotting the components that has an earlier schedule date of use in order and the number of inventory of components that have the earlier date of expiry in order; and outputting an instruction to transfer the components to the plants of allotment source and the plants of allotment destination.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
