Abstract:
Disclosed is an ultrahigh-pressure homogenizing integrated device comprising a long oil cylinder, a main connecting sleeve, a high-pressure cylinder homogenizing main body, an auxiliary connecting sleeve and a short oil cylinder, wherein the upper part of the high-pressure cylinder homogenizing main body is provided with a feeding hole communicated with a high-pressure cavity; and the feeding hole is connected with an integrated feeding device. The long oil cylinder, the main connecting sleeve, the high-pressure cylinder homogenizing main body, the auxiliary connecting sleeve and the short oil cylinder are sequentially and coaxially arranged. A pressurizing plunger rod in the high-pressure cavity of the high-pressure cylinder homogenizing main body is connected with a piston rod of the long oil cylinder; and a homogenizing valve arranged in the inner cavity, which is communicated with the high-pressure cavity, of the high-pressure cylinder homogenizing main body, is connected with an ejector rod of the short oil cylinder. The invention also discloses a cell disruptor. The ultrahigh-pressure homogenizing integrated device and cell disruptor of the present invention are stable in operation, small in space occupation, compact in structure, allow stop and running under high pressure and allow non-load running, are invariable in temperature, have less connecting tubes, less procedures and are not easy to leak.
