Abstract:
[Problem] To provide: a substrate with a transparent conductive layer, which undergoes a small resistance change over time; a liquid crystal panel; and a method for producing a substrate with a transparent conductive layer. [Solution] A substrate with a transparent conductive layer according to one embodiment of the present invention is provided with a substrate and a transparent conductive layer. The transparent conductive layer is disposed on the substrate and contains tin oxide and at least one of niobium oxide, tantalum oxide and antimony oxide. Consequently, this substrate with a transparent conductive layer is reduced in resistance change over time.
