Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently make bubbles finer while a gas-liquid mixture liquid is being distributed into a plurality of swirlers.SOLUTION: A fine bubble generator that makes bubbles finer contained in a gas-liquid mixture liquid fed out of a pump which mixes gas with liquid comprises a distributor and a plurality of swirlers, where the distributor comprises a distribution cylinder both ends of which are provided with first end walls, and the inner face of which is configured into a cylindrical form, a distribution inflow port that makes the gas-liquid mixture liquid flow into the distribution cylinder, and a plurality of distribution outlets provided so that the gas-liquid mixture liquid can flow out in a tangential direction of the inner peripheral wall of the distribution cylinder, and where the swirler comprises a swirl cylinder both ends of which are provided with second end walls, and the inner face of which is configured into a cylindrical form, a swirl inflow port which keep the distribution outlets connected and is provided so that the gas-liquid mixture liquid can flow out into the inner peripheral wall from a tangential direction, and a swirl outflow port provided at the center of the second end wall to make the gas-liquid mixture liquid flow out.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
