Abstract:
Provided is a tape cartridge which suppresses that a wrinkle occurs in a printing tape, and stabilizes a feeding of an ink ribbon. The tape cartridge includes a retracting prevention part (47) which is cantilevered on a tape feeding upstream side from a platen roller in a cartridge case so as to be elastically bent by receiving a tension of a fed label tape, and holds the label tape together with the platen roller moved to the tape feeding upstream side in association with a retracting of the label tape into the cartridge case. The retracting prevention part (47) includes a tape holding part (55) which holds the label tape together with the platen roller, and an upstream base end (56) which is provided in a base end of the tape holding part (55) on the tape feeding upstream side of the tape holding part (55) and in a position of being overlapped with a second ribbon guide part (52) when viewed from a bending direction (B).
