PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a determination support method and a determination device or a determination program capable of objectively determining whether a symptom is asthenopia or not.SOLUTION: The method to support determination of asthenopia of a subject comprises steps of: calculating an asthenopia risk marker ("ARM", hereafter) by multiplying a congestion speed or a congestion angle being an eye parameter obtained from a subject by a heart rate variation ("HRV", hereafter) score obtained from the subject; and determining whether a symptom is asthenopia or not by comparing the ARM value with a threshold relating to it.SELECTED DRAWING: None
