Abstract:
Provided are an aqueous metal surface treatment agent for forming a surface treatment film, which is formed between a metal material and a laminate film to improve adhesion thereof, and can improve corrosion resistance of the metal material, and a metal surface treatment film. The aqueous metal surface treatment agent of the present invention comprises: one or more metal compounds (A) selected from an oxide of zirconium, titanium or hafnium having an average particle diameter in the range of 1 to 500 nm; one or more phosphorous- or fluorine-containing compounds (B) selected from a phosphorous compound group and a fluorine compound group; and one or more aqueous resins (C) selected from a polyester resin, a urethane resin, a polyolefin resin, an acryl resin, a polyvinyl-based resin, a polyamide resin, a polyimide resin, natural polysaccharide, an epoxy resin, and an elastomer.
