PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide surface-active peptides enabling simple preparation of a nano disk in a short time without using a surfactant, and to provide a nano disk with a larger size by using the peptide.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a peptide consisting of any of the following sequences (1) to (4): (1) V-L-E-S-F-K-V-S-F-L-S-A-L-E-E-Y-T-K-K-L-N; (2) V-L-E-S-F-K-A-S-F-L-S-A-L-E-E-W-T-K-K-L-N; (3) V-L-E-S-F-K-A-S-C-L-S-A-L-E-E-W-T-K-K-L-N; and (4) F-I-G-A-L-L-G-P-L-L-N-L-L-K. By using the surface activity of these peptides and mixing phospholipid with micelle-like aggregate of these peptides, a nano disk with a large size can be produced simply in a short time immediately after mixing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
