Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a second user who does not have an account in print service to print an electronic document registered in the print service by a first user.SOLUTION: A cooperation server 40 creates a virtual account K1 in a net print server 10 in accordance with an instruction from a user A having an account in the net print server 10 and registers the document in the virtual account K1. When the user A inputs the account in an SNS server 30, the cooperation server 40 acquires the accounts of other users B, C related to the account from the SNS server 30, and stores them in association with the virtual account K1. The cooperation server 40 acquires the list of documents registered in the virtual account K1 corresponding to the user B from the net print server 10 in accordance with the instruction from the user B and presents the list to the user B. The user B transfers the document selected from the list to a compound machine 20 from the net print server 10 to print the document.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
