PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form navigation system for prompting a user to input information in an interactive manner.SOLUTION: A form navigation system comprises a Web server 1, a DB server 2, and terminals 3 connected to the Web server 1 in a communicable manner. The Web server 1 includes information processing apparatus control means for, upon reception of user input information inputted by a user from the terminal 3, outputting a response stored in the DB 2 corresponding to the user input information, and the terminal 3 includes display means for displaying the user input information and the response, and input means for accepting an input of information from the user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
