Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a payment slip processing system that flexibly responds to a new payment slip of tax money and the change of the payment slip, while reducing human labor of staffs required for registering necessary information when processing the payment slip of tax money.SOLUTION: A payment slip processing system is characterized by: using a payment slip with a return portion to a customer separated therefrom; temporarily registering the information concerning OCR processing for reading the information described in the payment slip with the return portion to the customer separated therefrom and the dictionary information including the position information of a stamping area of a receipt stamp in the payment slip with the return portion to the customer separated therefrom in dictionary data as temporary registration data; performing automatic reception processing of tax money by tax money automatic reception machine 10 using temporarily registered dictionary information, and acquiring an image of the whole payment slip accepted when accepting the payment slip to the temporarily registered dictionary information; and registering the information concerning OCR processing for reading described information based on the image of the whole payment slip acquired, the position information of the stamping area of the receipt stamp and dictionary information containing the information of the cut position for separating the return portion to the customer, in the dictionary data as main registration data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
