PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of registration of number portability information to be managed in an ENUM server.SOLUTION: An ENUM server 10 includes: a storage unit 13 which, corresponding to a request message including an incoming number, stores number portability information 132 which stores the connection destination information of an incoming destination terminal which has moved to another network; a number information extraction unit 123 which extracts the incoming number included in the request message; a connection destination information search unit 124 which searches for the number portability information using the request message; a response information generation unit 126 which adds the extracted incoming number to the connection destination information of the self-network to generate a response message in the case of an error response, which fails to acquire connection destination information corresponding to the request message, as a result of the search in the connection destination information search unit 124.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
