Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner bag for a flexible container bag capable of reducing an external leakage amount of radiation rays of a radioactive substance.SOLUTION: An inner bag for a flexible container is manufactured by cutting an inner cloth in accordance with the size of a body sheet, a bottom sheet and a lid sheet of an outer cloth, and sewing the cloth, where the outer cloth is manufactured from a body sheet, a bottom sheet and a lid sheet by cutting original fabric manufactured by weaving a tape yarn manufactured from a raw material for mixing containing 40-70 wt.% of a thermoplastic synthetic resin and 30-60 wt.% of barium sulfate, and the inner cloth is formed by layering a tungsten sheet, which is manufactured by preparing a tungsten compound containing 40-60 wt.% of a thermoplastic synthetic resin (including dispersant and stabilizer), 30 wt.% of barium sulfate, and 5-10 wt.% of tungsten powder having an average particle size of 2.0 μm or more and less than 20 μm from 10-30 wt.% of a raw material for mixing, on the outer cloth.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
