Title:
合金構造体
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP6536927
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alloy structure high in uniformity of distribution of elemental composition and mechanical strength, and having good high temperature strength and corrosion resistance and any shape and dimension.SOLUTION: There is provided a high entropy alloy structure containing Al, Co, Cr, Fe and Ni in a range of atom concentration of 5 to 30 at% respectively, having difference of atom concentrations of at least 4 kind elements of the elements in a range of less than 3 at.% and containing a columnar crystal in which the 5 kinds of elements are solid-dissolved as a main crystal, and P of 0.005 wt% or less, Si of 0.040 wt% or less, S of 0.002 wt% or less, Sn of 0.005 wt% or less, Sb of 0.002 wt% or less, As of 0.005 wt% or less, Mn of 0.050 wt% or less, O of 0.001 wt% or less, N of 0.002 wt% or less in ranges of atom concentrations as inevitable impurities.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
