Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peak power estimation device for estimating peak power more accurately, a power management system, and a peak power estimation method.SOLUTION: A peak power estimation device is used for power management for performing peak cut of purchased power in a consumer group formed of a plurality of consumer facilities, on the basis of power discharged from storage batteries. The peak power estimation device comprises: a peak power estimation model generation unit that extracts a correlation between outside air temperature and peak power from past power consumption data on a consumer facility, and generates a peak power estimation model from an extraction result; an estimated power consumption pattern generation unit that generates an estimated power consumption pattern of the next day from whether forecast data of the next day and a power consumption pattern of the previous day; and an estimated power consumption pattern correction unit that corrects the estimated power consumption pattern by using estimated peak power acquired from the peak power estimation model by using outside air temperature estimation data of the next day, to generate a corrected estimated power consumption pattern.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
