Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restart a service in an early stage after fault occurrence in a distribution DB system.SOLUTION: A distribution DB system sets a flag of link destination data, when update of the link destination data is performed after backup of the link destination data on a DB 10, in link source data having link destination data on other DB 10. Then, when fault occurs on the DB 10 having the link destination data, and when the DB 10 is restored by backup data after fault occurrence, if the flag of the link source data of the link destination data is not set, the DB 10 determines that a service using the link destination data is restarted. On the other hand, if the flag of the link source data of the link destination data is set, the DB 10 determines that the service using the link destination data is not restarted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
